In the specific application Cognex DVT series was used including big barlights. Also an enclosure was placed in order to avoid external lighting interference (such as bright external lights or even windows near the inspection). The result to that was the 100% quality control of the production line.
Below you can see some installation photos of the camera, the box and the software interface in the PC. Also you can see two inspection results. One pass (coplete box) and one fail (one bottle missing).
We control the failure in whatever way the customer wants. Eather automatic regjection of the production line, eather enabling an acoustic and visual alarm, eather automatic stopping the production line. In the specific application the production line is stopped after 1-2 seconds delay in order the failing box can be removed by the user.
